  1. I am in a senior building, we have mailboxes that can hold small packages, with keys in the box. Postman can put our packages in that box, lock it and put the key in the persons mailbox, I've been living here since June 2021, only one time have the postman done that for me. I don't like the way they deliver I make it a point not to order online because of that.

    Looking for my delivery from the COVIDtest, which i have not received and if it did come it is not at my mailbox where it should be. I just checked again today and nothing yet. I'm complaining because I just went to the mailbox and found boxes and packages that belong to apt 1302 all the way at the end of the boxes which was 14 something, I put them where they belonged, so unorganized. I have had some postmen bring my packages to my door which was great.

    I don't want nobody taking my packages and surely don't appreciate the postmen putting it in the wrong place, that is unacceptable. We have mailboxes with keys, and they don't even utilize it, who does that? A lazy worker who don't like his or her job and no concern for his or her fellowman. The word says, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. And everybody in this building is not honest and that's sad.

    1825 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles is full of idle employees and their manager has to be FIRED.
    The mail was not delivered to 1627 N Mariposa Ave building, not only , we found the gate's key thrown away on the shelf .
    No phone ever answered, no one responsible.
    This is a disaster , never heard of in the USA.
    We demand the manager and mail man of 18th May for this building to be FIRED immediately .
    There is no complain effective line or anyone hears us.
