The Mukilteo – Clinton ferry, operated by the Washington State Ferries division of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), is a daily ferry service between Mukilteo, WA, and Clinton, WA.

It is one of the best ferry rides in Seattle because of its short 20 minute crossing time and its easy access to many fun and unique things to do on Whidbey Island.

The Mukilteo ferry terminal is located at 910 First Street, Mukilteo, WA 98204.

Directions

Northbound

From I-5 N, take exit 182 for SR 525 N (Mukilteo Speedway) and follow for 18 miles.

Southbound

From I-5 S, take exit 189 for SR 526 and follow for 4.5 miles. Turn right onto 84th St SW for .4 miles. Turn right onto SR 525 N (Mukilteo Speedway) for 2 miles.

There are a couple of options for parking near the Clinton ferry.

There is a small parking lot to the right of the tollbooths.

Another option is the free Park and Ride lot on Deer Lake Rd. It is behind the Post Office approximately 0.5 miles off Highway 525. There is a free bus service that provides service to the ferry during normal bus service hours.

Finally, there is a paid parking lot located behind Simmon’s Garage approximately 0.5 miles from the tollbooths. It offers daily and monthly parking rates.
